    FREE ONLINE TRAINING FOR ELEMENTARY AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION TEACHERS

    UGA ALEC Department, Georgia Farm Bureau, Georgia Agricultural Education, UGA Extension, Georgia Department of Education, Georgia Organics, and STEM Georgia have collaborated to create a free asynchronous (self-paced) online training program for elementary Ag Ed Teachers to earn Continuing Education Units. 

    This training covers everything from Georgia Agriculture to hands-on learning with the Elementary Ag Ed standards. After completing the training, individuals will have an opportunity to apply for a $2,500 mini-grant to help start their own small school farm.
