    The University of Texas at Austin, funded by Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation, and in partnership with the SGSO Network developed the School Garden Sustainability Survey to collect nationwide school garden data to help school gardens across the country determine why some succeed and become sustainable. 

    Participate and receive a scorecard that will showcase strengths and opportunities for improvement in your school garden - complete with resources, guidance, and advice.

    The survey is ongoing without a deadline.
