Fork Farms

Bio

Hi! I'm a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with my degree in nutrition. Rather than entering dietetics, I work at Fork Farms, helping institutions, primarily K-12 educational spaces, set up school gardens. I hope to improve the perception and consumption of fresh vegetables in our youth, and get our teens thinking about sustainable agriculture career pathways so that our future has enough nutritious food.
