Hello all! I'm new here and I'm hoping y'all could me out. Our district got some funds to buy a mobile food cart for afterschool garden and cooking clubs. We are looking at two options. If you are familiar with these carts and can provide some feedback on pros and cons, it would be really helpful.Kitchen a la cart Charlie Cart

Our school (elementary) received a grant for a Charlie Cart.  I use their curriculum plus the USDA curriculum and teach several grades.  We love the flexibility it provides for our school, and the service from the Charlie Cart group has been amazing. It gives it the flexibility to work with a group up to about 18 students easily. (We haven't tried to go up to the 30 students they claim.). The recipes are a little large for just sampling for our kiddos, so we usually have leftovers for staff to sample as well. Also, some of the ingredients from their curriculum are a little hard to come by in the Mountain West as fresh ingredients, but we make it work.  :)
