Hi!
Not only did I start my garden with a Donors Choose grant six years ago, I ordered garden tools sets for my new garden club members last year. They're having an awesome event this month to in honor of Teachers' Appreciation Week where all donations will be matched. If you use this link ( http://share.donorschoose.org/3fDNm9 ) to create your first project you'll get a $25 donation to start your funding off. My district doesn't let us order from Amazon or Walmart because they're not vendors. I love the fact that Donors Choose does. Those garden tool sets I mentioned, 82 pcs including a bag for $24. 

Sorry if I sound like a commercial, but  garden came to life because of Donors Choose. LOL!

Thanks for sharing, Stephanie! When I was teaching in the classroom I used Donors Choose to buy books for our classroom library but I hadn't thought of using it for garden supplies!

Our garden at Hursey has also been greatly funded by Donors Choose...They truly have contributed to our garden from the time Covid was at its worst up until today......not to sound commercial either....I truly would not have an amazing garden had they not come through
