In this robust, bilingually presented training, we will learn about creating rich environments--both for compost AND learning a new language. We'll learn all about how and why to compost, at the same time that we are also learning all about how to teach composting to students, especially English Language Learners. Melissa Needham and Kimberly Koogler will cover the basics of composting in English and Spanish, and Jenna Mobley will teach us fun, engaging school garden compost lessons for K-5 and English Language Learners.
