    National Agriculture in the Classroom has a bunch of lesson plans for lots of Ag related topics. 
    Here is a link to their Aquaponics lessons -- fish and veggies! 

    This ties nicely with the Aztec Chinampas (floating gardens) which are back in operation!  I had the amazing opportunity to tour the chinampas with the man, Ricardo Rodriguez, who is pretty much single handedly getting them back into cultivation.
