I am garden educator, a new position for me, in a preschool serving 2-5 year olds. I have a lot of questions and wonder where you all have learned your stuff.

I am in Sacramento. I took over a public school garden (TK through 5) 20+ years ago while I was still a special education teacher there ( now a full time volunteer). I didn't know much about gardening. I take classes through a local urban education farm, at UC Davis children's garden and Green Schoolyards America in Berkeley. In the summer, The Edible Schoolyard Project in Berkeley (Alice Waters) offers a free virtual conference. I recently listened to the webinars from Take Me Outside. Contact the garden teacher at the Muse School in Calabasas at their elementary site.or go visit - great program.  I would be happy to share some of my lessons for TK/K.

Growing up WILD is a nature curriculum I've used, it's not limited to just gardening, but aimed at pre-k/k getting outside or doing nature based activities. There is also a curriculum form Junior Master Gardeners called Learn, Grow, Eat, and GO!
