Thought I'd share a resource that I've been using for a couple of years. Cornell Bird Academy (associated with Cornell University) offers quite a number of courses online that are amazing. While there is a cost, educators can take 1 course free each year. My personal favorite has been the course on Citizen Scientiests. I use what I've learned in my classroom quite a bit.
