I am reaching out to see if any local farmers or organizations might be interested in some used hydroponic supplies for your indoor (or outdoor) growing efforts? We are in the process of downsizing our grow operation at our school and will have extra hydroponic parts to donate to someone who could use them.
Items to give include 13ft growing channels, reservoir tanks, and other misc. growing supplies. These parts could be mixed and matched for an affordable DIY growing system, you would just need your own rack/shelf and pump but happy to explain more if you are interested. We used them to grow leafy green lettuces, flowers, and microgreens indoors with our middle school program.
Feel free to pass this info along to any CO schools or gardeners that might be interested in diving into hydroponics and willing to pick up in Denver.
