Kids Garden Northeast Group Coordinator
KidsGardening has launched a pilot project to enable youth gardening advocates in the Northeast to broaden their reach, deepen their impact, and leverage their collective strength as they increase the number and quality of youth gardening programs serving youth in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York (the "Northeast Region"). Kids Garden Northeast will be part of a national online platform, The Kids Garden Community, that launched in May 2021. This project will allow youth garden leaders and advocates to create region-specific support and increased networking opportunities, coalescing a vibrant community of practice that brings the benefits of youth gardening to thousands of young people.
KidsGardening is seeking a Group Coordinator to support youth garden educators and youth garden advocates in the Northeast to bring their youth gardening efforts together online into a supportive community where they can learn from and share with one another about what works in youth gardening.
