Hi! We have two exciting updates to share with everyone:
First, this past December we sent out our annual member survey. This survey helps us make the Kids Garden Community most useful to you. Attached is a summary of the survey results. If you're a data nerd like me, this might be interesting to check out!
Second, in March we launched our first member leadership group, the Community Connectors. This group of amazing Community members has met monthly to discuss ways to improve the Kids Garden Community and offer more support to members. The Connectors are primarily using the feedback from the member survey in addition to their own experiences as Community members. Attached is a high-level overview of some of the key needs this group has identified and a few of the action steps we will be taking to address those needs.
As we identify new needs and develop new ideas, we plan to keep all members in the loop. As always, we want your feedback!!!
