Hello all. I teach a having class to a small group of kids at a homeschool co-op. This week we planted microgreens! I was brainstorming for weeks on how to keep 5-9 year olds interested before we should actually plant what we chose. I'm in zone 6. Finally I saw a post about microgreens, hour easy and quick they grow. That's not too mention the nutritional value!

I suggest this activity, it was truly such a blessing. The kids loved, loved, loved it!
