  • 1.  middle school farm/garden/food course?

    Hello! I am looking for ideas and inspiration for middle school in-school garden/farm/food learning. Specifically thinking about what a one-quarter (45 days) elective/exploratory course might look like. If you have experience in this arena, I'd love to hear from you -- the resources you used, big questions, themes, successes & challenges, etc!
