Look up The Edible Schoolyard in Berkeley, CA. There's a great article called Starting and Maintaining a School Garden by the National Farm to School Network.
    1) involve school administrators, staff, students and families
    2) identify your goals and design
    3) design your garden - Do you have a water source, sunlight, funds? How will you use the garden? Who will maintain it? Where is your funding coming from?Create a meeting space for the group. Leave room for flowers as well as veggies.

    Basic tools:
    gloves
    trowels
    shovels
    wheelbarrel
    buckets
    rakes
plant markers (I use paint sticks)
watering cans ( can make them out of recycled large gallon plastic jugs, we paint them)
    hose

I wrote my own curriculum for K through 5 based on CA Science and Garden Standards. My lessons are my own plus all the workshops I have attended and resources on line like this one. Willing to share.

I am starting a school garden,  and I would be interested in seeing your lessons Evelyn. Our garden is in Southern California.

I am in the midwest but your ideas for lesson plans would be helpful.  I don't have all of the buy-in from different places that you mention but I want to build that support.  I would so appreciate seeing your plans for students.

Thanks for sharing pictures, pretty awesome that you have a produce market available!

    Regarding your post:
Here is a wonderful curricular resource offered by Berkeley Unified School District.

I've also been able to collect a wide variety of garden-related resources and have them on a Google Sheet. (multiple tabs at the bottom)

Here are my lesson plans, not really a curriculum, of the lessons I do with my school. I listed them by grade. There are descriptions of some of the lessons.  I also garden, harvest, plant and more with the kids. This is a volunteer position for me. I took over the school garden about 22 years ago while I was a full time special education teacher. I retired this past June and take every class out for 30 to 40 minutes a week. Most of these lessons are not my creation. I have attended many workshops and some webinars. You will notice that some of these lessons are from kidsgardening.org, UC Santa Cruz Life Lab, Green Schoolyards America (great group), the Edible Schoolyard in Berkeley, UC Davis Children.s Garden, and a local urban education farm here in Sacramento. I did modify most of the lesson to fit my time constraints and to match our population. 80% of the kids are low income, many in apartments. About 23% are students with mild to severe special needs (many are in the general education setting all day with support.) and about 30% are refugees or immigrants. Most of our kids are not academically at grade level so I need to do a lot of preteaching of new concepts, new vocabluary, provide pictures and handmade posters. Please take what is useful for you. Move activities to different grades if needed. All grades enjoy journaling, scavenger hunts, and taking nature walks.

Forgot to mention that some of the lessons are from a book called, "Math in the Garden" published by the National Gardening Association and available through UC Berkeley Botanical Garden and Lawrence Hall of Science
