Save the date! The American Horticultural Society's 2026 National Children & Youth Garden Symposium will take place July 13-16 in Pasasdena, California. Now in its 34th year, this professional gathering for garden educators of youth includes interactive workshops, keynote talks, garden visits, and networking opportunities. 

Session proposals open October 6! If you are a garden educator working with youth and you have creative strategies, success stories, or hands-on ideas, you can submit session proposals on the symposium webpage beginning October 6.

It's truly inspiring to see initiatives that encourage the younger generation to grow their own food.
I'm equally excited about exploring opportunities to introduce our gardening robot to young gardeners.
