Ohio State School Garden Mini-Conference

This event is hosted by Ohio State University Extension, Franklin County 4-H.

Come join in the fun as we learn about school gardens, grow together as garden
educators and leaders, and network with others who share our passion.

This mini-conference will build on the ten previous school garden conferences held on
the campus of the Ohio State University, but will take place at Waterman Lab, the
University's research farm. The morning kicks off with a choice of tours to garden
sites in Franklin County. Steve Foltz, the director of horticulture at the Cincinnati
Zoo and Botanical Garden will present the keynote, and the afternoon will feature a panel presentation and then four educational workshops so that you can focus on your specific interest area. Choose your school garden adventure when you register!

Educators, administrators, health and wellness personnel, University
Extension, Master Gardener Volunteers, school garden advocates and more are
invited to attend.
