    Aloha, all!

    Happy Earth Month! I hope that everyone has been enjoying their Spring gardens. 

    Today, we hosted a webinar, Teaching for Sustainability, and I would love to hear more on-the-ground stories of how you incorporate sustainability concepts into your garden. How has gardening helped your students become inspired to become environmental stewards? What are some "aha!" moments that your students have experienced when learning about sustainability concepts? How have you introduced bigger ideas like climate change to younger students?

    Please also feel free to share any of your favorite sustainability resources for educators or kids!

    Hello!
    I think teaching about composting and vermiculture (to combat food waste) is a fun (worms!) and powerful way to teach students about sustainability.
