You may want to check books on Horticultural Therapy Some of them include this info Most HT books include programs for all populations, but there are those specific to children. I would be happy to provide titles if you are interested.

Does anyone have any Workplace Safety Program resources for a school garden setting? There are a lot of online resources for food safety, but not the occupational hazards...My nightmares involve stepping on rakes hidden under vines that result in a cartoon-like sudden impact with my forehead.
