Farm-based Education

An FBEN member was recently asked this - any ideas: 

How to get field trips to visit during the winter months - we almost never get schools here from December-February

If animals pass through the farm and there's snow, it could be an opportunity to learn about tracking and the ways that farms have relationships with animals in all seasons, and observing plants/trees in their dormant stages and why that's necessary for growth in other seasons.
