I’m Ayanna, the Southeast Regional Lead for this group. I can help you navigate the organizations, networks, and resources available to you in the Southeast. I’m an agriculture educator and educational consultant in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm passionate about teaching young people how to grow their own food and care for the land as environmental stewards. When my hands aren’t in the soil, I love roller skating, napping, and reading a good book.

I hope we can use this group to share resources, ask questions, celebrate what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and learn from what others are doing across our region. I’m looking forward to learning and growing with y’all!

Hi, I'm Tammy, Farm Program Manager of the Patti Johnson Educational Agricultural Farm here in Pinellas Park, FL. We currently have a vegetable garden that is mainly used to supplement food for the farm animals. We are looking at doing a variety of activities in that garden for the community. We would love to eventually have an outdoor kitchen where we could make garden pizzas, salsas, salads...Always looking for new ideas and resources for activities, programs, and grant opportunities to support them. Besides youth and adult programming we also offer field trips and tours to schools and groups. Looking at expanding services to veterans groups, scouts...I am an environmental educator at heart. Hobbies include: photography and traveling.
