This family-friendly lesson from Worms at Work combines environmental science, observation, and sensory exploration in a playful, approachable format designed for children ages 3–10. Participants learn how worms transform food scraps into nutrient-rich compost while building curiosity, responsibility, and connection to the natural world.

Includes video instruction, printable activities, and guided learning extensions for home or classroom use. Easily adaptable to any setting.
