That's the one I was thinking of, too, Karen! The KidsGardening activity links to the Seed Packet SEL template from NC State University so there are options for kids to create their own "seed packet" or use a template.

A while back, I got a questionnaire that kids could fill about their likes/dislikes and their personalities in relation to gardening. There were questions about their preferred spacing etc. I can't find it anywhere and I would really love to have it for this new school year. It was from an Extension service I think. Does nobody know this questionnaire?
