Hello Gardeneers,
I wanted to share a feedback resource that our team has been using for our school garden programming.
As background, we deliver a monthly garden-themed curriculum to all classrooms at multiple school sites. To help keep our programming responsive, we use a two-part survey:

Page 1 (Monthly): Teachers fill this out after each individual lesson for quick, ongoing feedback.

Page 2 (End-of-Year): Completed during the final lesson of the year to capture big-picture, aggregate reflections.
I'm mostly sharing this as a resource for anyone looking for survey inspiration, but if you have any thoughts for how to improve it, I would love to hear them!
