Hi everyone! I was gifted an indoor/outdoor rose plant back in February and mainly keep it inside with as much direct sunlight as possible. It has been doing really well and I occasionally will bring it outside. It had green worms a couple of weeks ago so I have been keeping it inside to keep an eye on things (though I just learned the worms didn't happen because of being outside). Last week it had started getting gnats so I held off watering for a few days to dry things out and hoped they would disappear but no such luck. After some googling, I sprayed it down with Neem Oil. I just checked on the plant and now some of the leaves are wilted and the newest bud is not standing tall. Any advice on how to proceed?? THANK YOU in advance!!
