    Hi!

    I'm a School Gardens Program Coordinator for Extension (Fort Bend County, Texas) and I am looking for advice about what topics to cover for the 'Educator Track' of our annual Vegetable Conference. I've been canvassing the teachers that I've made connections with already to get their advice and figured I'd ask here as well.

    I have about 5 hours to fill and have planned for each session to last around 30-45 minutes. So far the topics I have planned are 

    • Grants & Creative Sourcing for Garden Lesson
    • Junior Master Gardener Program and Curricula Options
    • Composting in the Classroom
    • Bringing the Farm to School - Partnerships Panel
    • Growing Sustainability in Your School Garden Program
    • Grab & Go Garden Projects (4-H)

    Hi, Gabrielle.

    I was excited to see that you have experience with the Junior Master Gardener Program and Curricula Options. I am a Texas Teacher Master Gardener, and this curriculum works well for my 6th graders but I need to find another resource for my 7th and 8th graders that is close to this. Do you have any resources you can share?
