This is a great resource self-paced student learning.  I used it in my AP Environmental Science Class.  There was great participation and expanded understanding of food systems, climate change, mitigation/adaption strategies, food waste reduction plans, soil management strategies and the importance of biodiversity.  Fun little graphics and illustrations help keep the students engaged.
