Growing Together: Open Forum

The EdEN Lab at University of Texas at Austin is now accepting applications for the SproUTing Teachers program for the 2026–27 school year.

This fully funded coaching program helps schools turn existing garden spaces into high-impact instructional tools-supporting both student engagement and teacher effectiveness.

👥 How Schools Participate

Schools can engage in two ways:

• Teacher Track: Supports individual teachers and instructional coaches in integrating garden-based learning into existing curriculum

• Leadership Track: Helps garden leadership team establish garden management support systems and best practices for long-term sustainability

• Requires an existing, maintained garden
