Kids Garden Month 2025

We're holding a Kids Garden Month Challenge here in the Kids Garden Community! 

Kids Garden Month is an annual celebration of kids in the garden hosted by KidsGardening! Each April, we celebrate kid gardeners, as well as lifting up the many positive benefits gardening has on kids and their communities.

Kids AND adults can participate in the month-long celebration to win prizes!

For Educators, Volunteers, Caregivers, & All Kids Garden Community Members:

These challenges will help us build community, inspire creativity, make new discoveries, get to know each other, and have lots of fun!

How it works:

  • Complete one or more of the challenges listed below during the month of April
  • We'll announce additional challenges throughout the month
  • At the end of the month, we'll choose a winner(s) from each challenge
  • Anyone who participates in 3+ challenges will have a chance at the grand prize 



 Prizes:

  • ALL participants will receive a 20% discount code to the KidsGardening store
  • Individual challenge winners will receive a garden goody bundle
  • The grand prize winner will receive an Urbana 4x4 Keyhole Composting Garden from our friends at Vita!
